Dedication Services
JRU performs multi-disciplined dedication services inclusive of concrete curb, Belgium block curb, sidewalks, paving, base repairs, basin conversions, landscaping for each community. We perform this work under the oversight of many regulatory agencies such as: Conservation Districts, DEP, municipal engineers, landscape consultants and Penn Dot.
Drainage
With our extensive geotechnical experience and in-house Laboratory, JRU is able to meet current BMP guidelines as well as recognize when alternative solutions must be implemented. Examples include-infiltration basins, seepage beds, rain gardens, artificial wetlands, underdrains to control groundwater and eliminate erosion, practical outlet solutions to protect riparian buffers and sensitive environmental areas.

Concrete
We provide design, testing and construction of these surfaces to meet our client’s needs. We analyze subsurface conditions and consider an approach that will improve the longevity of the product. Prior to construction we address frost heave conditions, poor draining soils, soil stability, drainage and implement best industry practices to achieve the best product for the conditions at hand.
Site Excavation
JRU provides turn key excavation services including the installation of site utilities (storm, sanitary and water) BMP facilities, steep slope stabilization and building pad preparation.
